Join Gretchen Bickert for an experiential journey into the world of Meditation. In this class we will demystify meditation and discuss the multitude of its benefits - such as managing stress, increasing self-awareness, and feeling more connected to your higher self. Different techniques will e shared to help you discover how to easily incorporate meditation into your daily life. We will talk about the breath, what it means to 'be present', and put different techniques into practice including a beautiful heart centered meditation. This class is for all levels! Whether you are brand new to meditation, or already know about it, the simple techniques shared in this class will assist you in developing a daily practice, so you can enjoy all of the amazing benefits meditation has to offer.
