Affirmations and meditations can be a wonderful way to prepare Mama and baby for a peaceful and confident birth. Come learn how to write and practice your own affirmations and meditations from new mama, Aimee. This workshop works great for any mamas who are practicing or thinking about using the Hypnobirthing technique or Mongan Method of childbirth, but any expecting mama can benefit!
